اگر شما بخواهید هیوریستیک های اساتید را از کارپوشه های آنها یا در زمانی که مشغول تدریس هستند استخراج کنید، نیاز به اساتیدی دارید که با تجربه باشند و در عین حال در عرف به آنها اساتید خوب عنوان گردد. وگرنه اساتید متوسط و ضعیف یا راه حل های ابتکاری ندارند یا اگر داشته باشند، چیزی برای طراحی برنامه درسی ارائه نمی کند. بنابراین شما نیاز به مشخص کردن اساتید نمونه تان دارید.
